well your cable is better then mine.
i have 256/64 KBps
i play halo 3 with minor lag,grenades launch 1/2 delay and animation is a little slow but the reaction is not.
i also play call of duty without lag,its weird.
you can play with it cos your upload is twice mine so yours won’t be this laggy and your download is also good.
though remember that the chances of you being host will be very slim,like if you are playing halo 3,you won’t be able to host custom games only join.

when i mean animation ,i don’t know if you have ever seen a footage of halo 3 , i mean like when a wraith shoots you will see the plasma energy but you will most likly not see the explosion
